Contextual Journal
For the final unit of my Master’s Degree, I created a project journal to track my processes from conception to final outcome. The journal is split into three sections: The Plan, in which I discuss my research and ideation; The Process, which looks into the production of my project as well as the challenges I overcame; and finally The Outcome, in which I reflect on the design of the end product and the content within.
My approach to the journal was that I wanted it to be a project in and of itself. A chance to put into practice the typographic and editorial skills I had been learning alongside my regular studies throughout the year.
